Symptoms
There is additional wrong string called "QEWSD" is appearing in one of multiple of siebel servers in '/siebel/prd/siebsrvr/sys/.odbc.ini file'.
With this string-command the siebel server won't start correctly. After correcting the .odbc.ini file the server starts fine. But string appears after the server starts.
