Symptoms

Dear expert,
We use smart script for campaign questionnaire, and we have two problems.
1) We want the question with a dropdown control, users can select an answer from it, and they can input value as well. But we find that if we add answers to a question, and set control to DROPDOWN, we just can select answer, but not input value.
2) We create Question A with a check box control for multiple choices, and add 5 answers for the question, the last question is ANSWER OTHER, if users select this answer, they will go to Question B, and if they do not select ANSWER OTHER, they will go to Question C. But we find that if use select ANSWER OTHER and other answers together, they will go to Question C not Question B.
Please give us suggestion about these problems, thanks.
