For the benefit of other users,

Customer would like to use attributes based on business component values in the eConfigurator user interface. These attributes are displayed with an editable textfield and an icon where user can open a picklist with values from a business component. So users have 2 possibilities to enter data:

- via textfield

- via picklist

Customer faces a problem that this attribute accepts an unbounded value that doesn't exist in the business component domain. (i.e. that the user can enter any value in the attribute value) even if the used picklist is bounded

How can this be avoided?
