Symptoms
Odbcsql tests fails with error after completing new installation, although correct ODBC driver is in use with:
Logging into "ABC_DSN" as "SIEBEL" ...
ODBC error IM003 in SQLConnect:
[DataDirect][ODBC lib] Specified driver could not be loaded
(native error 0).
Unable to login using specified ODBC parameters.
.odbc.ini contains this entry: 'Driver=/opt/shared/apps/siebel8/SiebSrvr8/siebsrvr/lib/SEor821.so'
ODBC error IM003 in SQLConnect:
