SComm.log and any Communications Driver log not been generated on Siebel version 8.x (Doc ID 726302.1)

Symptoms

After Siebel Server 8.0 installation no SComm.log or CTI Driver log get generated even after setting the log parameter 'Log Debug Message' to TRUE  for the Application Object Manager as well as as for the Communication Session Manager.

Changes

This behavior is specific to Siebel Server 8.0 over Windows platform.
