When a Trust Token Value is Provided in Siebel 8 eapps.cfg the Login Page Fails to Load (Doc ID 727028.1)

Symptoms

When the TrustToken parameter is set to a value, the Siebel application fails to start.  There are generally no error messages except that the end user's browser displays a blank page with the word "false".

When the TrustToken entry is removed from the eapps.cfg file, the application starts successfully.
