Communication Session Manager and Genesys Gplus 6.5/7.1 Crash and Hang

Recently some of the users faced issues with CTI soft phone and they used to get below error on screen.
"The Siebel Object Manager was unable to establish a network session with the Communications Session Manager.(SBL-CSR-00304)"
Later we found that Communication session manager component is in State and 'Running' with 20 tasks which ideally it shouldn't be. When we verified the logs we found that Comm. Session manager had crashed
