Goal

Customer reported the following:

The environment consists of one single Microsoft Windows server with one Siebel gateway, two Siebel enterprise/Siebel Servers, 2 SWSE installations (MT and QT) with the 2 enterprise Siebel Servers planned to be up and running at the same time.
With this setup, the issue is that only the first Siebel web client connection will continue to work if there is any other attempt to connect using a second Siebel web client, for instance.
If you launch the first Siebel web client to the 'MT' environment first, then the 'MT' Siebel web client connection is working fine but not 'QT' ones. If you launch the first Siebel web client connection to 'QT' first, then the 'QT' Siebel web client connection is working fine but not the 'MT' ones.
