Goal

A customer was calling an outbound web service. To do this, they created a custom business service (BS) that invoked the proxy BS that, in turn, invoked a local BS. The latter sent the outbound SOAP document using the EAI JMS Transport.

The input to a local BS is a property set that represents the SOAP request. The customer’s requirement was to pass an additional value from the custom BS to the local BS. This value had to be determined dynamically at runtime in the former and assigned to a JMS header in the latter.
