Unable to insert into M_SR_HEADER table, getting Authentication Failed Error

We followed all the steps in creating the necessary configurations to enable Saved Result Sets for Target Level Contacts. When we run the Saved Result Set feature, we are getting an authentication error. (See Error Below). However, the Analytics User is able to insert records into the Results Data table (M_SR_CONTACT). Only the Results Header table (M_SR_HEADER) is showing blank rows. Here is a description of the complete error.
