Object Manager crashing near CSSOraSqlCursor::DoExecuteStmt

The enterprise log files show SIGSEGV signals for the object managers and the object manager processes generate core files.  The object manager is crashing between one and four times per day. The users are disconnected because of this. The following call stack is seen consistently (unmangled pstack output from the core file, with arguments removed for brevity) ...
