Workflow Process Manager Batch Jobs ends with following error as:
SBL-OMS-00203: Error (null) invoking method "(null)" for Business Service "(null)".
In Development environment 4 test records satisfies the condition but it works for only one record which has SERIAL_NUM value other three does not have.
The serialization user property was disabled by setting value to N in HLS Case BC as specified in the Bookshelf. However, if customer changed the search spec to [IR Case Date Review] = Today() it works fine irrespective of Serialization (SERIAL_NUM) value.
