It was reported that when running an export of a large amount of data (over a few thousand) from the browser when the export completes a 'session timeout' error will occur.
This occurs when running Siebel 188.8.131.52 onwards in conjunction with XP SP2 or WIN23K SP1.
The Object manager logs show a context loss after the export completes :
