Goal
The customer was getting oracle error ORA-00942 "Table or View does not exist" on execution of their custom business service.
It was confirmed that the relevant database table existed in the CRM data base, and previously the process had run successfully without any problems. They had not made any changes in Siebel (only changed the SRF with other objects that had no relation to this issue).
