Customer reported the following:
Siebel UI Restore post-merge (ICL) processing failing in a Siebel upgrade context from version 8.0 to Siebel version 8.1.1.
The following errors are generated in the log file (Tools\log\uirestore.log):
!!Error Inactive/Rename [Channel Partner Home Search Virtual Form Applet]:[Channel Partner List View -UPG] The same values for 'Parent Name, Name' already exist.
