Symptoms


Sometimes method 'GenPickTickets' on business service 'FS Fulfillment Service' crashes with the following exception and call stack:

The corresponding Siebel Server log file shows the following error message:
SBL-OSD-01000 Process exited with error - Internal: The process attempted to read from or write to a virtual address for which it does not have the appropriate access.

Steps to Reproduce: 


Siebel Field Service thin client, logged in as SADMIN.
Create order HBORD0004 with Source = <my inventory location> and with a single line item.
Navigate to the Orders > Service Orders List > Line Items > Part Locator subview tab.
Locate and allocate a part for the order line item.
Go to the Orders > Service Orders List > More Info tab.
In the top applet, select Applet Menu > Generate Pick Tickets.
=> Error pop-up:
Session Warning: The server you are trying to access is either busy or experiencing difficulties. Please close the Web browser, open a new browser window, and try logging in again.
Click OK
=> The login screen appears.
=> A core dump file is generated.
