Goal
When entering data in Phone number fields, some countries require that the leading zero in the Area Code be suppressed.
Example:
+33 012 3456789 - a French telephone number
When dialing this number using a phone or through CTI, the leading 0 in the Area Code should be suppressed/removed. After saving the Contact record with the phone number, the zero is automatically removed.
However, for some countries, this may not be the case. The leading zero should be stored and not suppressed.
