For that need to add a reference to sstchca.dll in the visual basic macro

Trying to write a script in SSIS package to Access the Sibebel COM interface.
1> What object(ddl or tlb) is needed to set as reference in Visual Studio for SSIS package ? It doesnt accept sstchca.dll

2> Can you provide any specific example including script that can be written in Visual Studio SSIS package that can access the Siebel Business Object layer?
