The customer was using Siebel 126.96.36.199 and had found an issue when exporting rows via Menu > Export. The issue is shown when the .csv file is opened in Microsoft Excel whereby the date format is not homogenous. However, if the file is exported as a .txt file and opened in another application, like Textpad or Notepad, the dates appear to be homogenous. The same issue is seen across Siebel versions.
