ARCHIVE - Error in S_ESCL_REQ "Numeric value out of range" (Doc ID 794122.1)

Symptoms

We are facing a problem with our workflow process.
The log is pointing the error "Numeric value out of range" in delete statement on S_ESCL_REQ.
We have already tried to increase the length of REQ_ID column as suggested on Doc ID 544666.1, but with no success.

We have attached the log from one wf process and a view of S_ESCL_REQ table.
