The customer was using the workflow process:

    UCM Customer Profile Integration Process (File Transport Test Workflow)

and third party Data Cleansing / Data Matching Software

   (factor4, but this will apply to all third party data quality solutions)

They wanted to enable Data Cleansing and Data Matching for this UCM workflow.
