Problem with using the "FS Holiday API Service"

Symptoms
Business Service (FS Holiday API Service) - Method (GetElapsedBusinessTime) is not working fine.
The business service method was tested through simulation on Sample database with following parameters:
Service Name: FS Holiday API Service
Method Name: GetElapsedBusinessTime
Input arguments:
Start Time: 08/04/2009 15:00:00
End Time: 08/04/2009 16:30:00
Calender Id: 3SIA-2RCDD
Time Unit: minutes
Schedule Time Zone:
Calender Id is ROW_ID for 12x5 support schedule from Administration - Service -> Schedules view.
While the expected result for this simulation was 90, the result returned by the method was 390, which was wrong.
