EIM job not logging transactions to file (Doc ID 808236.1)

Need to log transactions to file during EIM Insert. But the transactions get logged to the table S_DOCK_TXN_LOG instead of the filesystem; eventhough the parameter LOG TRANSACTIONS TO FILE is not set (LOG TRANSACTIONS TO FILE = TRUE (by default)). Setting the parameter LOG TRANSACTIONS TO FILE = TRUE also did not help.
