API Method of Remote Complex Object Instance Service, GetPossibleValues in Configurator Retrieving Output NONE_EXCLUDED

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When trying to use the Configurator API, GetPossibleValues method, in order to get the list of all possible values for a given product attribute (eg. PaymentMethod) defined in a quote item, the output generated is NONE_EXCLUDED
According to the Bookshelf this method retrieves selectable values from the configuration engine for the attribute.
