Symptoms

Error messages displayed after entering user-name/password in the Siebel Client:
(1) "Generic SSA NOTOK error message. (SBL-DAT-00472)"
(2) "Unable to create the Business Service 'Web Engine Interface'(SBL-DAT-00227)"

Changes

A new language was installed and a new SRF was deployed.
