Siebel Remote: Transaction Processor (TxnProc) failing with SBL-DCK-00148 or SBL-DCK-00147 error when processing EIM generated DX files (Doc ID 846360.1)

Symptoms

After adding new server(s) to Enterprise and changing "Siebel File System" parameter for Siebel Remote components to an UNC path notation "\\server1\SiebFS\att" instead of local path "D:\sea77\SiebFS\att", TxnProc fails with errors:

In some more recent Siebel releases (i.e. IP 2014 or IP15), the above error lines may appear as follows, but the behaviour nevertheless has similar explanation:

Changes

Siebel servers 'server2' and 'server3' were added to existing enterprise containing 'server1'.
All remote users and components were moved from 'server1' to 'server3'.
Above mentioned Siebel File System parameter changes were applied on new servers added.
