Unable to partition Siebel File System (Doc ID 850005.1)

Symptoms

1. When logging into Siebel, it is noted that the ecommunications logs still show the system trying to search for the user's system preferences in the old file system location.

2. The Siebel File System sub-directory structure is not created in the new partitioned locations.
