We are running Territory Manager job to assign TM position on Account Team. For this we have set up Account Geo Zone Position (Zip Code and Country) based rules and a condition which filters Account records by Account Type.
The TM job is completed successfully and have assigned positions correctly but I have found that in few of cases account has more then one TM assigned to it even though the Zip Code under territory doesn't match with Account Primary Address Zip Code.
We have not done any configuration changes here we are just using OOB TM functionality and the only condition we have is for Account Type.
Can you please help us understand why this is happening and what needs to be done in order to fix it?
