Error While Selecting Product In Order Entry Line Item - List Applet (Doc ID 871743.1)

Symptoms

1. Create a new order line item
2. Select product from Product Pick applet
3. It shows following error message:

[1] Error invoking service ‘ISS PSP Dispatch Service’, method ‘CallPSPWorkflow’ at step ‘Dispatch Service’. (SBL-BPR-00162)
[2] Error running Sub-process ‘ Check Eligibility & compatibility –Default’ at step ‘Product E+C’. (SBL-BPR-00183)
[3] Error running Sub-process ‘Product Eligibility & compatibility –Default’ at step ‘Product E+C’. (SBL-BPR-00183)
[4] Error running Sub-process ‘Product Compatibility –Default’ at step ‘Compatibility Workflow’. (SBL-BPR-00183)
[5] Error invoking service ‘VORD Projected Asset Cache’, method ‘Retrieve’ at step ‘PAC Retrieve’. (SBL-BPR-00162)
[6] Unable to locate ‘<?>’ in ‘<?>’. (SBL-ISS-00365).

4. Click OK and it will select the Product as expected
5. Now click Customize Button and it shows following error massage:

[1] Error invoking service ‘Cfg UI Service Loader’ method ‘LoadCfgUIService’ at step ‘Go to UI’. (SBL-BPR-00162).
[2] Error invoking service ‘VORD Projected Asset Cache’, method ‘Initialize’ at step ‘Initialize Projected Asset’. (SBL-BPR-00162)
[3] Unable to locate “ in ‘<?>’. (SBL-ISS-00365)
