Help to get SWSE Log files as no logs is generated under sweapp/log folder (Doc ID 877116.1)

Symptoms


According to FAQ 2117, I have changed the .bashrc file of user 'Siebel', Using 'env' to check the 3 System Environment Variables are set right.

SIEBEL_LOG_EVENTS=4 (or higher)
SIEBEL_SESSMGR_TRACE=1
SIEBEL_SISNAPI_TRACE=1

I have the parameter "Log = all" set in the [swe] section of eapps.cfg file.

I do not know why I can not get the SWSE log files.
