The issue appeared while upgrading from Siebel 7.8.2 to Siebel 8.1.1

problem

The following error appears in ddlctl_tab.log when running upgrep:
2009-09-07 11:21:41 [Microsoft][SQL Native Client][SQL Server]There is already an object named 'RFC_SOCR_OUTPUT' in the database.

Also, in the same log the following line shows that no tables were found in the existing schema by connecting with SIEBEL user.

2009-09-07 11:21:26 Read 0 tablespaces, 0 tables and 0 indexes from existing schema...
