Symptoms

Using the incorrect file format to carry out Bulk Membership Administration can result in errors in the workflow log with the result that the process fails. An example of an error is:

ERROR message: Error invoking service 'LOY Member Admin Service', method 'Process' at step 'Import Data'.(SBL-BPR-00162)
