Over the period of years we have accumulated massive data in Siebel tables and need to archive several years worth of transactional data from database.

What is the Siebel recommended best practice for Data Archival, Data Purge and Data Retrieval?

- We need advice on how we could archive / purge the historic data efficiently.

- Additionally we should be able to access the archived data if needed (On-Demand Basis). We should be able bring back specific data in
Production environment again, if there is a need to access/ modify it.
