On : 8.1.1 SIA [21111] version, Configuration - General

The customer has created two calculated fields in Contact BC to determine if a contact has at least one activity. The configurations are as below

Name: gCRM New Calc
Calculated Value: gCRM New Calc
Type: DTYPE_INTEGER

Name: gCRM New
Calculated Value: IIF ([gCRM New Calc] < 1,'Y', 'N')
Type: DTYPE_BOOL

The calculated field “gCRM New” is displayed in Home Page applet “Contact List Applet (WCC Home)” and the values are getting displayed as expected.

The problem is, the applet “Contact List Applet (WCC Home)” has a search spec
[gCRM New] = 'Y' to display only new contacts. But the search spec is not working.
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create two fields in the Contact BC

Name: gCRM New Calc
Calculated Value: gCRM New Calc
Type: DTYPE_INTEGER

Name: gCRM New
Calculated Value: IIF ([gCRM New Calc] < 1,'Y', 'N')
Type: DTYPE_BOOL

2. In Contact List Applet (WCC Home) applet, set a search spec:
[gCRM New] = 'Y'

3. Recompile the srf file

Expected behavior:
Only those contacts that have less than 1 activity to show up at the applet

Actual behavior:
All the contacts are showing up in the applet
