Symptoms

While processing buckets using the Loyalty Real Time Engine, in 8.1.1 version, the following error is generated:

[1] Error invoking service 'LOY Processing Engine', method 'SubmitObjectForProcessing' at step 'Invoke Submit Object'.(SBL-BPR-00162)
[2] Process LoyEngineRealtime on Siebel Server siebel terminated.
