Drilling Down On Certain Treatment Types Generates Errors "SBL-DAT-00309" and "SBL-DAT-00223" (Doc ID 973412.1)

Symptoms

On : 8.1.1 [21112] version,

When attempting to Drill down on Treatments from 'All Offers' view with the following channel type...

Web – Announcements
Web – Discounts
Web – Intentions
Web – Life Events
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"You do not have the privileges required to view detailed information for this record. Please contact your systems administrator if you would like access to this record.(SBL-DAT-00309)"


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to vanilla Call Center application as SADMIN/SADMIN
2. Go to Site Map > Offers
3. Create a new offer record
4. Go to the Treatment view
5. Create a new treatment record with Channel set to
Web – Announcements
Web – Discounts
Web – Intentions
Web – Life Events

6. Save the record
7. Drilldown on the Name field of the Treatment record
8. An error occurs:

"You do not have the privileges required to view detailed information for this record. Please contact your systems administrator if you would like access to this record.(SBL-DAT-00309)"

9. Go to the All Treatments view
10. Drilldown on a treatment with Channel set to Web - Announcement or Web - Discount or Web - Intentions, or Web - Life Events
11. Another error occurs:

An error has occurred finding your prior place in the system. The record no longer exists or is not available to the view. Please try a new query. (SBL-DAT-00223)
