Error (SBL-UIB-00111) when Resuming Task

STATEMENT OF ISSUE:
When resuming a task from inbox of the local DB, the following error appears.
1. Login to Siebel thick client
2. Go to sitemap-->Inbox
3. Resume a paused task
4.Following Error message appears.
Error occurred on business service 'Task Administration' method 'LocalValidation' When performing local
validation on underlying object.(SBL-UIB-00111)
LOSS OF FUNCTIONALITY:
Local and mobile users are unable to resume paused task, which makes the users to be cautioned to paused the task and an paused task is not useful as they are unable to access the task.
WHAT IS WORKING:
users are able to resume a paused task from thin client.
