Message "The task <Task Id> has either been shutdown or timed-out" occurs when trying to route an inbound web service call to a timed-out EAI OM task when using anonymous login. (Doc ID 985062.1)

OS platform: IBM AIX on POWER Systems (64-bit)

Statement of Issue:

Siebel submits/sends an order to Tibco. Tibco passes it onto external applications to be processed and receives a response. Tibco sends the response back to Siebel by calling 2 inbound web services, the first for customer confirmation and the second for order confirmation. Both web services invoke a workflow.

More often than not an inbound web service call does not complete correctly and an error is written to the SWSE log file.
