Goal

Trusted Solaris[TM] programs may fail to execute if their assigned privileges are inadequate. However, determining the program's needed privileges can be a daunting task in Trusted Solaris. This document helps users identify and assign the privileges needed for a program to run
successfully.

Note: This article assumes user familiarity with Trusted Solaris, including (but not limited to) labels, roles, privileges, Admin_Editor and the File Manager application. All users considering security-related modifications should consult their local security policy prior to implementation.
