Symptoms

During a system reboot, Availability Suite Remote Mirror Software reports the message:
rdc: [ID xxxx kern.warning] WARNING: rdc_free_bitmap: Read header failed

and consequently reports the following message as the system is coming up:

Dec 4 19:03:39 myhost rdc: [ID 766594 kern.warning] WARNING: rdc_resume_state: Bad magic in /dev/vx/rdsk/mydg/my_bitmap

This leads to a bitmap failed or BF state in the output of sndrstat, dsstat, sndradm -P, and sndradm -p, on the
host where the messages appear.

The following is a sample of the sndradm -P output:

/dev/vx/rdsk/asdbdg/FS_fmacread <- myhost:/dev/vx/rdsk/mydg/myvol
autosync: off, max q writes: 4194304, max q fbas: 16384, mode: async, state: bitmap failed

Changes
