Solaris Cluster 3.x Node Can not be Removed When no Quorum Device Configured (Doc ID 1002649.1)

Symptoms

When trying to remove a node in a cluster framework with more than 2 nodes, one might see an error similar to the following if 
a quorum device is yet to be configured for the cluster framework:


This error is not very clear and one might not think of the actual reason for the problem is lack of a configured quorum device.
