Goal

This document shall provide an example of how a user may lookup an associated fully qualified hostname, as registered
with the DNS service, by it's IP address.  This is assuming DNS is running, a valid DNS nameserver is reachable in the network, and is pointed to by the file /etc/resolv.conf?
