What are the rc=# and ts=# fields in /var/cron/log file? (Doc ID 1003413.1)

Goal

The /var/cron/log file occasionally shows nonzero values for the return codes (rc) "rc=#" or "ts=#" .
This document explains the meaning of both of these entries and contains a test case which shows how they work.
