When resetting the BIOS and SP password on Sun Fire[TM] X4100/X4200 Servers, the host processor must be allowed to completely boot, in order for the password reset to take effect. If the instructions are not followed exactly and host booted until the CMOS password cleared by jumper message is displayed, password reset will fail.
