Goal

Often we see problems manifest themselves with the Sun Storage 3310/3510/3511 arrays, and we often resort to resetting or power cycling the array to resolve the problem and then escalate in order to find the root cause. This document will describe some of the 
recommended steps that should occur BEFORE any actions are taken in order to collect data to find the root cause.
