Increasing ncsize to assist NFS performance on Solaris (Doc ID 1004583.1)

Symptoms

Severe nfs performance problem with a workload which was operating on hundreds of thousands of files.

The performance problem can be demonstrated by comparing the tarring of 212,000 files to dev/null (tar -cf /dev/null .) over nfs and locally.  The local tar was extremely fast but the nfs tar took hours.  A simple du -s over nfs also showed slow behavior but was fast locally.
