Goal

The following are sample files for a name server using BIND 8 and newer. BIND 8 is the version available with Solaris[TM] 8 and Solaris[TM] 9, Solaris[TM] 10 uses BIND version 9.x to provide domain name system sevices.
Note: In BIND 8, the   named-bootconf(1M) command and can be used to convert the DNS (Domain Name System) configuration files from BIND 4 syntax.
