Solstice DiskSuite (SDS) fsck and newfs Command Succeed in single-user Mode But Fails in multi-user Mode (Doc ID 1005380.1)

Attempts to newfs a Solstice DiskSuite (SDS) metadevice succeed in single-user mode, but fail in multi-user mode.

In the example below, d10 is the metadevice.

-init 0, boot -s
-metaclear d10 (success)
-metainit d10 -p c1t3d0s0 -o 331761672 -b 22163456(success)
-newfs /dev/md/rdsk/d10 (success)
-fsck /dev/md/rdsk/d10 (success)
-cntrl-D (to bring the host up to multi user mode)
-fsck /dev/md/rdsk/d10 (fails complaining about bad blocks)
