Symptoms

  The following errors occur at boot time:

     /usr/lib/nfs/nfsd[478]: t_bind to wrong address
     /usr/lib/nfs/nfsd[478]: t_bind to wrong address
     /usr/lib/nfs/nfsd[478]: Cannot establish NFS service over /dev/udp: transport setup problem.
     /usr/lib/nfs/nfsd[478]: Cannot establish NFS service over /dev/udp: transport setup problem.
     /usr/lib/nfs/nfsd[478]: t_bind to wrong address
     /usr/lib/nfs/nfsd[478]: t_bind to wrong address
     /usr/lib/nfs/nfsd[478]: Cannot establish NFS service over /dev/tcp: transport setup problem.
     /usr/lib/nfs/nfsd[478]: Cannot establish NFS service over /dev/tcp: transport setup problem.
     /usr/lib/nfs/nfsd[478]: Could not start NFS service for any protocol. Exiting.
     /usr/lib/nfs/nfsd[478]: Could not start NFS service for any protocol. Exiting.

In some cases an "address already in use" error may be reported.
