Goal
This document describes in superficial detail how the SCSI bus works. Its intent is to give enough insight so that the more common SCSI error messages can be understood. It does not describe how to configure the SCSI bus. The information herein is written for Solaris[TM] 2.X Operating Environment, but many of the concepts will apply to SunOS[TM] 4.X as well.
